The Nursery and Play Area

All of our puppies are born here, just off of our living room.  Mom's and babies are kept very close so we can monitor them and make sure everyone is growing like they should.  Once the puppies are around a week old, we move them another 15 feet or so to one of our two large nurseries.  The puppies are never more than 30 feet from our main living area at any time.  The nurseries are also equipped with doggy doors so that we can teach the puppies to go outside to potty.  This can be started as early as 3 or 4 weeks old, especially during the warmer months.  We believe it's important for them to learn to that they need to go outside when learning to go potty.  This transitions really well to house training/bell training in your home.
