The best way to reach us is by email.  My work schedule requires me to work 12 hour nights and to be on call 1 to 2 days a week.  This can greatly limit the amount of time I have available for phone calls.  Many times I am answering emails overnight as that is my "up time".  Please remember to watch your junk mail folder for email responses.
