It has been a while. Hope things are going well for you and the family (4 legged included). I wanted to write and give you an update on Bailey. Bailey turned 1 on Sept 17th and boy was she spoiled. My husband and I have enrolled her in a daycare facility called Dogwood Acres Pet Retreat in Davidsonville MD. She was there on her b-day where she got to play with her puppy friends, including her BFF Jasmine a Portuguese Water Dog and Max, a Rottweiler. Both are around her age and from day one when they all started there they've been inseparable. It's also a boarding facility so when we go away they have her. I'm always getting stories about how much fun and energetic she is. Also how stubborn, but in a good way, and smart she is. Sometimes when I pick her up from daycare they tell me they had to leave her and her two friends out in the daycare area for "naptime" because they wouldn't stop playing or when they do bring them they continue to play together. It always takes me 20mins to leave the daycare facility when I pick her up because she has to greet everyone and attempt to get her belly rubbed. She also comes out, 90% of the time, with a dirty muzzle because she was digging up something or some how got into something. Over the summer she figured out how much fun water is. They have horse troughs for the puppies to cool off in. Bailey decided that one of them would be hers all the time. I'd watch her on the web cam and see her climb in and hog it all day. :) :) At home she has turned into a cuddle monster. We take her every where as Annapolis has so many events for dogs. She's been to Yappy Hours, Puppy Plunges and other fundraising events. A while back I submitted a puppy photo of her to the Maryland SPCA for their fundraising calendar. She won the spot of Miss November. Beating out thousands of other animal pictures. Here's the link so you could take a look at their promo. They actually used her picture for the initial promo as well as showing the full page for her on their "purchase yours here" tab.
I have so many pictures of her it was hard to pick which ones to send you. People actually complain they see more of Bailey on facebook than they do me or my husband. :) :)
