Jason and I wanted to send you a note and some pictures of Baylen throughout his first year with us. As you can see, he’s quite the big fluffy pup – he last weighted in at 52 pounds, and he can jump as high as my head! Baylen truly is a loving and wonderful puppy! He has brought so much joy and happiness to our lives and our families. He’s even won over my dad who isn’t a pet person at all with his jovial and affectionate demeanor. Baylen is goofy and playful as well as cuddly, kind, and just a little mischievous. He loves to tug, chase, play ball and frisbee, and go on walks then settle down for a nice belly scratch and snuggle. He’s so expressive through his eyes and very “pawsy” and loves to let us know when he’s ready for a nose or ear scratch. He’s very protective of us and also a bit of a scaredy-cat, but also likes to visit the neighbors – he’s the hit of our neighborhood! Some of the neighbor ladies even bought special treats for when he stops by on his walks.
Baylen has been such a fast learner – we trained him with bells to go outside, and he started ringing the bells on his own to go out on his second day home. We couldn’t believe it, but from then on he was trained. It is clear you and your family worked hard with the puppies before sending them to their new homes! He now also likes to ring his “people bells” as well call them when he’s readyfor attention or to sit outside and watch the world go by. I was fortunate to work from home for the first nine months we had him, which gave me a great opportunity to train him and welcome him into our home. We spent so much time together (nearly inseparable), which I immensely enjoyed. He is the perfect companion and even keeps us company when we have to work/study late at night. I can’t express enough how happy Jason and I are to have Baylen as part of our family – he truly makes it more special and is the best puppy we could ever hope for!
Thanks for all the hard work you and your family put into your breeding program. It is evident that you go above and beyond in breeding, and it makes all the difference! We have shared your information with many of our friends and family members who are considering goldendoodles in the future. We hope you and your family are doing well!
