Hey Andrea, I hope you had a great Christmas, we sure did! Brixlie has experienced alot of first this year...she had her first christmas with lots of tissue paper, Christmas wrapping, boxes, bows and cards to play with, LOL!! She has also enjoyed her first "feel" of snow!! It was so funny the first time she went out, she hesitated and didnt know what to do, she had her cute little paw prints all over the patio...it was so cute!! Now, she is an old pro at running in the snow, digging her nose in it and bringing lots of snow balls into the house!!! In all honesty, she has been such a wonderful addition to our family!! She is such a good do, very sweet, and has the best temperment ever! She is not a "chewer" and does not run from us, she stays close when there are new people introduced to her and she shy's away from other dogs. She is trained and sleeps until 7:30-8 every day...you GOTTA love that!!!! She loves the girls and her favorite game is fetch. We always say, we could not have asked for a more perfect dog for our family and we are so in love with her. I would always make fun of people who had more pictures of their dogs than kids...I have become one of "those people"...she's my baby and she brings us all so much joy. The only thing negative I can say, which is totally on me, she does not do so well on her leash for walks....that is all me, I have not trained her and she likes to move fast!! That is something I have as a goal for 2013...teach Brix how to walk on a leach at a nice leisurly pace...LOL...She weights about 25 lbs now, plays alot, eats good, and sleeps good.....I know all dog owners thing they have the "best dog there is"...but I know we do!!! The pictures I have send you are from before we got her hair cut and then a few after her "official first hair cut" about a month ago. I found myself vaccuming 3-4 times a day from all the leaves and twigs that she would bring in from the outside, although her hair was beautiful, it had to go!!! She is just as cute and a lot more manageble and fun to brush. Please let me know if you need any more pictures of our baby brix...we have tons!!! Happy New Year...Christy
