3.  Does anyone in your home have asthma or allergies?

4.  Have you ever house, crate or obedience trained a puppy?  

5.  We have a strict spay and neuter policy on all pet puppies.  Is this      O.K. with you?

6.  Have you ever surrendered a pet to a shelter or rescue?  Why?

7.  Do you have an adequate exercise area for a doodle?

8.  Contrary to popular opinion, many doodles do shed!  What are          your preferences on shedding?

9.  What is your doodle preference?  Male or Female?  Activity        level?  Coat type?  Color?  Generation (F1 or F1B)?  Are you able to be flexible in your 1st choice of preferences?
